Our Services. Classy Cleaning Services By Kristy delivers Deep Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Classy Cleaning Services By Kristy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Classy Cleaning Services By Kristy's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Classy Cleaning Services By Kristy against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. NY law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NY.
